      If Goods are being ordered from outside Crystal Amusements Limited t/a Asian Pearl Seafoods country of residence, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. Crystal Amusements Limited t/a Asian Pearl Seafoods is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and Crystal Amusements Limited t/a Asian Pearl Seafoods cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.

   If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.

8. Termination and Cancellation of Account
   1. Either Crystal Amusements Limited t/a Asian Pearl Seafoods or you may terminate your Account. If Crystal Amusements Limited t/a Asian Pearl Seafoods terminates your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
   2. If Crystal Amusements Limited t/a Asian Pearl Seafoods terminates your Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will be cancelled and will not be dispatched.
   3. Crystal Amusements Limited t/a Asian Pearl Seafoods reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
   4. If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
   5. If you terminate your Account any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
9. All our orders are pre-paid and our delivery persons do not carry any change.
10. We accept all debit cards and credit cards. Payment should be made in Pound Sterling.
11. In the event of Crystal Amusements Limited t/a Asian Pearl Seafoods needing to issue a refund, we will endeavor to credit your account within 7 – 10 working days.
12. No cancellations or amendments to your order is possible after the fish is clean and / or cut.
13. Latest Order Time for collection from our Stores

    Due to licensing laws, we are unable to accept orders for either delivery or collection less than 30 minutes before the stated closing time. We would also respectfully advise customers who are collecting their orders that we will be unable to serve them should you not arrive at the store 30 minutes prior to closing time. Should you have any questions, please call our shop, and speak to the duty manager.

14. Orders are subject to stock availability. In most cases, our duty manager will try to offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item, after getting your confirmation.
15. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from the fish but some may remain. Crystal Amusements Limited t/a Asian Pearl Seafoods accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of it.
16. All fishes are weighted before cleaning and / or cutting. After cleaning and / or cutting 1 KG of fish, only 750 to 800 Grams will be available
17. The actual weight of the product may vary by 15% to 20% depending on the size of the fish. Duty manager will try to consult you by calling you if the variation is more than 20% of the ordered fish weight.
